Special Travel Agent Rates and Service
Midway partners with accredited Travel Agencies worldwide offering special rates designed for agency clientele expecting VIP services. We strive to offer unparalleled 5-star service and stay competitive with Travel Agent rates. There are never any hidden fees or frivolous taxes.
Third Party and Split Billing
One of the unique services that Midway offers is third party billing, available with a valid credit card number and accompanying authorization on file. Midway also offers split billing on same rental vehicle with no need for an office visit. Perfect for the “bleisure” traveler.
Extension Guarantees
Midway honors extensions on rental cars that are reserved directly by travel agencies without added penalties, rate changes or requiring the renter to physically return to the rental office. Should your client decide to extend their stay, simply call or email us ‒ it’s our pleasure to accommodate extensions.
Reserve Specific Makes, Models – Even Colors
As the largest privately-owned independent car rental company in Southern California, the Midway VIP team and rental software are able to accommodate requests for specific makes, models and colors on rental vehicles with sufficient advance notice.
Vehicle Delivery/Pick-up Service
Local vehicle delivery and pick-up service is available and can be included in special negotiated rates. We happily pre-deliver by prior arrangement to local hotels, businesses and private residences; vehicles can be picked up at rental’s end from these same locations.
24/7 Access to a Personal Sales Manager
Your account will be assigned a personal sales manager in our corporate travel department. There is also access to upper-level management for escalated purposes.
VIP Airport Meet & Greet
Where applicable and by pre-arrangement, a Midway representative will meet the client upon arrival at baggage claim or as they clear customs. Midway’s greeter will assist with baggage, then escort your client to their rental vehicle. When returning the vehicle to a participating airport location during normal hours, they will be driven to the terminal in their rental vehicle; again, no need to use a shuttle.
